Most full-kitchen cabinet painting projects fall in this range. ColorUp quotes with a linear-foot / written-scope method—condition, surfaces, and finish—then confirms totals in the proposal. $2,500 applies to smaller standalone scopes only (not a typical full-kitchen floor).
